Hi, the system login account ID is your member ID, for first login, the default password is the last four digits of your IC number. Please login to change the password in the member area for first time log in member.

When setting a password, please do not use date of birth, telephone number and other which is easy to be break in, to protect your data security. Password setting with 10 digits combination of alphanumeric, please note that the alphabet capital letter and small cap do make different.

When using a corporate or personal computer, it is advisable not to save your password, log out immediately when leaving seat or transaction done. After log in 30 minutes and no action taken, the system will automatically log out.
